Mary Kom Boxing tips from Priyanka Chopra to take

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is keen to learn boxing from Olympic bronze medallist Mary Kom for her next flim directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The 30-year-old "Fashion" star, who will be seen playing the boxing queen in a biopic, took to Twitter to announce the same. "Now off to my first meeting with the one and only Mary Kom!!! Dhan tana... Will make her teach me how to wear my boxing gloves!!," she posted. The film will be directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Kom has also given her approval to Priyanka playing her onscreen.

 

When a leading daily asked Mary Kom about her thoughts on Priyanka Chopra she said, "Any actress is good enough to play my role. They are all talented. I am happy that Priyanka is doing my role."
Mary Kom also says that acting is very hard for her as she gets nervous while facing the camera. Mary thinks that she can not act well. Mary Kom is the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the six world championships.

John Abraham reveals his dostana with Hrithik....

John Abraham is considered as one of best looking actors in the hindi film industry. But, John thinks the other way, as he feels that Hrithik Roshan is a better looking star. While talking to a leading daily, John revealed his dostana with Hrithik, who was his classmate and a friend.

When a leading daily enquired John about his friends in Bollywood, John said that Hrithik Roshan and Uday Chopra were his classmates since school. John revealed that he's "fiercely protective about Hrithik" and he "is hands down more good-looking than" him.

"We never talk about work and always only talk about school friends," he added. John also said that his Dostana co-star Abhishek Bachchan was also from his school. The actor reveals how he was in awe of Amitabh Bachchan, when he used to come to their school.

Hrithik Roshan turns down Shankar's offer?...

Hrithik Roshan has reportedly turned down the offer made by star Tamil director Shankar. The Bollywood actor was offered to star in the Hindi version of Tamil movie I, which features Vikram and Amy Jackson.

Rumour mills are abuzz with the news that Hrithik Roshan politely turned down the offer due to date issues. Though the Bollywood star is only busy with his forthcoming movie Krrish 3, he could not allot the bulk dates demanded by Shankar, who has not delivered a flop in his close to two decade career.
Shankar has now offered the same to Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, who is likely to star in the Hindi version of I. The actor has met the filmmaker last week and talks are on. However, it has to be noted that Mahesh Babu has been offered the Bollywood version, as Vikram's movie is being dubbed in Telugu titled Manohardu.

Shankar's I is a romantic-thriller produced by Aascar Ravichandran. Oscar Award winner AR Rahman is composing the music and PC Sriram will handle the camera. The interesting part of the story is that some of the well-known technicians from Hollywood are working in this project.

SRK Translates Jab Tak Hai Jaan Poem Into English..

After Yash Chopra named his upcoming film as Jab Tak Hai Jaan, from the lyrics of the famous song from Sholay, Yash Raj Films released a second poster which features a poem titled Jab Tak Hai Jaan written by Aditya Chopra.

Now  shah rukh khan translated the Hindi poem into English and posted it on the microblogging site: “my first attempt at translation….second to follow….if you guys can…try a version please.

The actor received translations in more than 15 languages ranging from Urdu, Farsi, French to Chinese, Italian and Sindhi and as promised, SRK retweeted all those posts.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, releases on November 13, the Diwali festival day.

Sudigadu To Be Remade In Hindi As Filmy Picture..

 

The latest Allari Naresh starrer Sudigadu is a big hit at the box office. It is an official remake of the Tamil film Thamizh Padam. The Tamil film contained spoofs on Tamil films, Sudigadu relied on spoofing scenes from some the best known Tollywood films.

Now, a Hindi remake is in the offing. Titled Filmy Picture, it will star Riteish Deshmukh and will be produced by D Suresh Babu under his banner Suresh Productions.

The script work is in progress and Filmy Picture will have spoofs from the hit films of Bollywood. Pre-production works are in progress and the rest of the cast and crew are being finalised.

Murugadoss Thuppaki To Be Changed As Saravedi..

AR Murugadoss is making a film titled Thuppaki with Vijay and Kajal Agarwal playing the lead roles. The film is due for release on November 13 the Diwali festival day.

However, the title of the film is involved in a legal tangle. The producers of another Tamil film titled Kallathuppaki filed a case in the court seeking a ban on Thuppaki as it is similar to their title.
The case was heard in the court on September 10 and a judgement will be delivered on September 17.
According to sources, if the court gives an adverse judgement, then AR Murugadoss will rename the film as Saravedi. Because of the title tangle, the promos of the film could not be released.

Anil Kapoor Refuses To Use Expletives In Dialogue....

 

The new Bollywood trend is to have as many expletives as possible in the dialogues in films. They are evident right from Delhi Belly to Gangs of Wasseypur.

But, Anil Kapoor, refused to deliver dialogues replete with expletives in the under-production film Shootout at Wadala being made by Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Motion Pictures.

The actor reportedly asked director Sanjay Gupta to change the abusive language as he is playing a police officer. According to the actor, it is ok with underworld character using abusive language, but a police officer using the same type of expletives would demean the character of the police officer.
The director reportedly made the necessary changes in the dialogues of the character played by Anil Kapoor.

Pawan Kalyan-Puri’s Film Sets new record in USA...

 

Pawan Kalyan‘s upcoming film Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu has set a new record in USA, when it is sold for $ 260,000 ( Rs 1.43 crores ) in 13 centers. The overseas distribution rights are being handled by producer DVV Danaiah himself.

Sources from Universal Media say that there are getting enquiries from other overseas markets like UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Middle East.

After the super success of Gabbar Singh, the film Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu, directed by Puri Jagannath is having high expectations both from the trade circles and the cine buffs.

Pawan Kalyan and Tamanna play the lead roles in the film. The film has completed all its schedules of shooting and the post-production works are in progress.

The audio of the music of the film composed by Mani Sharma will be released in the third week of September and the film will hit the screens worldwide on October 11.
